U.K. Cops: Convicted Heroin Smuggler Runs From Justice 
Police in the United Kingdom say Michael Terry is a convict running from 15 years in jail. During his 2001 trial for trying to bring heroin into the U.K., Terry vanished. He's known to travel to various countries in Europe -- but police don't know where he is today.
