Earlier, Judiciary Chief
Ayatollah Sadeq Amoli Larijani had written a letter to the Supreme Leader in
which he made a proposal to grant clemency to 1298 convicts on the occasion of
the birthday anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (S), which was celebrated on
Tuesday.
