CULIACĂN. - Gagged and with bullet wounds in the head the victim was found Sunday morning lying on a road linking Upper Valley fractionation with the town of Bellavista
The Victim was shackled hand and foot, and his face was covered with duct tape "cinnamon". No identification what so ever in his clothes. He's in his 30 years, fair complexion swarthy.
The discovery of the body was around seven o'clock on Sunday. Police authorities were alerted about a person lying on the side of the dirt road, north of the Valle Alto subdivision.
