Afghan Migrant Brought to Montana Charged with Raping 18 Year Old Girl, Governor Demanding Resettlement Halt

An Afghan evacuee has been charged with the rape of a woman in Missoula, Montana, the state’s governor said Thursday – and he called for the Biden administration to halt all refugee resettlements until assurances are made about the vetting process,FOX News is reporting.

Gov. Greg Gianforte’s office said in a statement that an Afghan male placed in Montana by the U.S. State Department was charged with sexual assault.

The underlying belief is the same: non-Muslim women exist for the pleasure of Muslim men. It’s in the Quran: Muslims can take “captives of the right hand” and use them for sex (4:3, 4:24, 23:1-6, 33:50, 70:30). And as long as it is not addressed, there will be more and more of these attacks, aided and abetted by vicious Democrats.
The ‘me too’ left continues to censor, scrub and sanction the rape jihad, sacrificing the future of their countries – young girls and women.

Under Islamic law, rape victims need four male witnesses to bring charges against her attacker.

“Why did they not produce four witnesses? Since they produce not witnesses, they verily are liars in the sight of Allah.” — Qur’an 24:13

COVID-19 statistics released

Alabama has surpassed 15,000 COVID-19 deaths.

These latest numbers prove the pandemic is far from over.

Recent data from the Alabama Department of Public Health shows that COVID-19 was the third leading cause of death in 2020 in Alabama behind heart disease and all cancers. ( So heart disease and cancer are 1 and 2)

Rendi Murphree, with the Mobile County Health Department says although there's a steady reduction in hospitalizations and deaths there’s still a lot of people who need to be vaccinated.

Vaccinated people make up 75% of recent COVID-19 cases in Singapore, but few fall ill.

SINGAPORE, July 23 (Reuters) - Vaccinated individuals accounted for three-quarters of Singapore's COVID-19 infections in the last four weeks, but they were not falling seriously ill, government data showed, as a rapid ramp-up in inoculations leaves fewer people unvaccinated.

While the data shows that vaccines are highly effective in preventing severe cases, it also underscores the risk that even those inoculated could be contagious, so that inoculation alone may not suffice to halt transmission

Arizona sues President Biden over Vaccine requirements.

Washington — Arizona's attorney general filed a lawsuit Tuesday that seeks to invalidate President Biden's latest COVID-19 vaccine requirements for federal workers and large companies, becoming the first state to mount a legal challenge to the administration's newest rules.

In a 14-page complaint filed with a federal district court in Arizona, Attorney General Mark Brnovich argued Mr. Biden's new vaccine requirements unconstitutionally discriminate against U.S. citizens because undocumented immigrants apprehended by federal law enforcement are not subject to a federal vaccination requirement.

While the details of the policies are still being worked out and yet to be made public, the attorney general said they are an "egregious" violation of the Constitution's Equal Protection Clause.

Phoenix Man ," granted a religious accommodation" for COVID SHOT sent HOME (No unemployment)

PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) — Employer vaccine mandates are popping up more and more daily. Arizona's Family spoke to many Phoenix-area employment attorneys who have plenty of clients facing this predicament. Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson all have vaccines protecting you from getting a severe case of COVID-19. Some employers are forcing workers to get them if they want to continue working there.

COVID-19 vaccine

More businesses are implementing vaccine mandates.

One of those workers, who wants to remain anonymous, has worked for his company for over 30 years. He chooses not to get the vaccine due to various reasons. "I've been granted a religious accommodation and I have a medical accommodation pending for the antibodies and I'm waiting for them to respond to that. Currently, they've sent me home," he said.

He'll be home until the company says the threat of COVID-19 is no longer high. "I couldn't believe that they would force somebody to do something like that," he said.

For now, that employee remains with his company. But if you're fired for refusing to comply with the mandate, a local attorney says you can't get unemployment benefits. "Generally, unemployment compensation is available for employees who have found themselves unemployed through no fault of their own. So, it was not their decision," said Labor and Employment Attorney Alejandro Perez.

SCHOOL WALKOUT AGAINST VACCINE MANDATES IS PLANNED FOR OCTOBER 18

REDDING, Calif. - A year and a half of school pandemic safety has frustrated parents saying enough.

A school walkout across the state is set for Oct. 18. In Redding, a group of people plans to meet at the Riverfront Park, next to Sundial Bridge, to rally against the vaccine mandates on Monday.

Schuyler Wilson’s kids attend University Preparatory School and Turtle Bay Elementary School. His kids are participating in the walkout.

“There's a lot of emotions attached to this and there's a lot of upset parents,” said Wilson. “This isn't just a one-time thing. This is a movement now, and it's not going to stop on one day.”

Hollywood Battle Lines Emerge in Simmering Vaccine War

Without mandates to get a shot, some film and TV sets have been thrown into chaos as A-list holdouts have caused work stoppages while others say, “It’s not my place to police anyone.”

On the other end of the spectrum, in July, Oscar-winner Sean Penn left the set of NBC Universal’s Watergate-era limited series Gaslit (co-starring Julia Roberts) and refused to return until every member of the production was vaccinated. Ultimately, Penn returned two months later with the compromise that everyone in Zone A—a category that typically includes the project’s main actors and key crew members—get vaccinated. Penn has been extremely vocal about his opinions regarding the vaccine, telling THR while promoting his film Flag Day that he wants theatergoers to “stay home until you are convinced of these very clearly safe vaccines.”

Mexico- 6 Police Officers and Jail Director Arrested for Alleged Murder of Hidalgo Doctor

State authorities in Hidalgo have arrested six municipal police officers and a jail director in the murder of a medical doctor. Dr. Beatriz HernĂĄndez, 29, was arrested after a traffic accident on Wednesday of last week in Progreso de ObregĂłn. She was driving a compact car and was involved in a four-car collision.

Because the accident was spectacular, Beatriz got out of her car to help the people involved, as she was a doctor at the Actopan General Hospital and Immediate Response Hospital. Witnesses of the accident assured that there was no refusal to assume her responsibility and the payment of the damages on her part.

However, she was violently detained by agents of the Progreso ObregĂłn police and taken to the primary detention cells where she died hours later. The officers claimed she was intoxicated and took her into custody.

According to a press release issued by local authorities, HernĂĄndez was sent to a retention area before police took a break to eat. When they returned, they found that HernĂĄndez was dead.

The municipal government said on social media that before her death HernĂĄndez was visited by a man who said he was her father. She was later found “suspended by an object around her throat,” they said. She was taken to a nearby hospital, where her death was confirmed.

But according to a report by the news service ADN40, her father determined that HernĂĄndez had been beaten and asked police officers that she be released. He left his daughter to find out what the charges were against her but when he returned jail personnel were attempting to resuscitate the woman. The state Attorney General’s Office is investigating the death as a possible femicide.

Friends and family of the deceased gathered Thursday to protest and demand more information about the death. The Progreso de ObregĂłn government maintains that HernĂĄndez was inebriated and took her own life after a fight with her father.

The mayor said in a press release that the local police officers’ arrests were illegal, given that they had voluntarily given witness statements. The mayor also said 50 state police officers turned up at municipal police headquarters and seized officers’ weapons.

Through social networks, friends of Beatriz demanded justice for her case, assuring that she was attacked by elements of the police prior to her death.

“Today a friend and colleague passed away! Beatriz Ruiz !!! It is unknown what would have happened at the hands of municipal police, she was treated badly, insults and strangling Bety, this in a town called #ProgresoDeObregon in the state of Hidalgo,” said David Toledo who identified himself as a friend of the victim in social networks.

The last time she was seen, she was wearing a light colored dress, heels, and a black bag. She speaks German, English and some Spanish. The Quintana Roo Attorney General's Office launched the "ALBA Protocol" to locate her. Spain: 17 dead in migrant boat found drifting off Canaries

BARCELONA: Spain’s Maritime Rescue Service says at least 17 people are believed to have died aboard a migrant boat found adrift off the Canary Islands.

A Spanish military helicopter airlifted three survivors and was bringing them to land, a spokesperson with Spain’s Maritime Rescue Service said.

The migrant boat was first spotted by a Spanish Air Force plane drifting in the Atlantic Ocean some 265 nautical miles from the island of El Hierro Monday morning. A search and rescue vessel was deployed to the area but wasn’t expected to reach the boat carrying the 17 bodies until Tuesday afternoon.
The Atlantic sea journey from the Western coast of Africa to the Spanish archipelago has become a major route for migrants and asylum-seekers fleeing conflict, violence and economic hardship exacerbated by the coronavirus pandemic. Some 4,000 people have reached the Canaries so far this year according to Spain’s Interior Ministry.

CDC is investigating Oregon woman's death after J&J vaccine

PORTLAND, ORE. -- Oregon health officials said Thursday that federal officials are investigating the death of a woman in her 50s who developed a rare blood clot and low platelets within two weeks of receiving the Johnson & Johnson vaccine against COVID-19.

The Oregon Health Authority learned of the probe on Tuesday, two days after the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention began the investigation, the agency said. The woman, whose name was not released, received the dose before the CDC ordered a pause on the vaccine amid concerns it could cause dangerous clots.

The woman developed a "rare but serious blood clot in combination with very low platelets," OHA said in a statement.

Dr. Shimi Sharief, senior health advisor for the state's health authority, said the woman's symptoms were consistent with other cases -- severe headache, abdominal pain, leg pain or shortness of breath .

Health officials declined to release any further details, including the date the woman got the vaccine or where in Oregon she lived, citing patient privacy. The woman was hospitalized before her death and got the vaccine in early April, Sharief said.

Norway Covid shot kills elderly

Doctors in Norway have been told to conduct more thorough evaluations of very frail elderly patients in line to receive the Pfizer BioNTec vaccine against covid-19, following the deaths of 23 patients shortly after receiving the vaccine.

“It may be a coincidence, but we aren’t sure,” Steinar Madsen, medical director of the Norwegian Medicines Agency (NOMA), told The BMJ. “There is no certain connection between these deaths and the vaccine.”

The agency has investigated 13 of the deaths so far and concluded that common adverse reactions of mRNA vaccines, such as fever, nausea, and diarrhoea, may have contributed to fatal outcomes in some of the frail patients.

“There is a possibility that these common adverse reactions, that are not dangerous in fitter, younger patients and are not unusual with vaccines, may aggravate underlying disease in the elderly,” Madsen said. “We are not alarmed or worried about this, because these are very rare occurrences and they occurred in very frail patients with very serious disease,” he emphasised. “We are now asking for doctors to continue with the vaccination, but to carry out extra evaluation of very sick people whose underlying condition might be aggravated by it.” This evaluation includes discussing the risks and benefits of vaccination with the patient and their families to decide whether or not vaccination is the best course.

More than 20 000 doses of the vaccine have been administered over the past few weeks in Norway and around 400 deaths normally occur among care home residents every week.

The Paul Ehrlich Institute in Germany is also investigating 10 deaths shortly after covid-19 vaccination.1

Asked if any deaths had occurred in UK patients after vaccination, the UK’s Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) said that details of all suspected reactions reported in association with approved covid-19 vaccines would be published along with its assessment of the data on a regular basis in the future. Based on the available published reports from the clinical trials, the MHRA said it did not currently anticipate any specific safety concerns.

In a statement, Pfizer said, “Pfizer and BioNTech are aware of reported deaths following administration of BNT162b2. We are working with NOMA to gather all the relevant information.

“Norwegian authorities have prioritised the immunisation of residents in nursing homes, most of whom are very elderly with underlying medical conditions and some of whom are terminally ill. NOMA confirm the number of incidents so far is not alarming, and in line with expectations. All reported deaths will be thoroughly evaluated by NOMA to determine if these incidents are related to the vaccine. The Norwegian government will also consider adjusting their vaccination instructions to take the patients’ health into more consideration.

“Our immediate thoughts are with the bereaved families.”
