More than a decade after authorities say Cuatro Flats gang member Jose Luis Saenz killed three people, including his child's mother, authorities in Los Angeles are determined to bring this fugitive to justice.
Shortly before 6 a.m. on July 25, 1998, cops say Saenz, then 22, and fellow gang member Juan Pena went to the Aliso Viejo housing project in East Los Angeles.
According to detectives, the duo went to Aliso Viejo under the guise of a drug buy, but they actually went there to hunt down rival East L.A. Trece gang members. A week earlier, cops say Pena was beat up by Trece gang members and the two sought revenge.
Cops say that when Saenz caught up with the two rival gang members, he asked for a bag of drugs. Saenz then quickly executed his rivals, shooting both in the head.

BRIAN ANDREWS wanted D.U.I. MURDER
A Saturday afternoon turned tragic for a Florida couple driving home from the local shopping mall. Danny and Patricia McCown had just purchased a birthday gift for their 3-year-old granddaughter when their lives were cut short.
Authorities tell AMW that Brian Dale Andrews -- a three-time D.U.I. offender -- was traveling northbound on U.S. Highway 27 in Frostproof, Fla. on June 30, 2007 when he lost control of his vehicle, smashing into the McCowns' car head-on.
The mother of two and father of four -- both 59 years old -- were killed instantly while cops say Andrews made a cowardly, drunken attempt to flee the scene, injured from the accident and collapsing in the roadway.

Saadi Gaddafi TRYING TO SAVE HIS BUTT
ALGIERS (Reuters) - Saadi Gaddafi, son of the former Libyan leader, has asked Interpol, via his lawyer, to revoke a request for his arrest on the grounds that Libya's new rulers are not able to give him a fair trial.
Saadi, a businessman and former professional footballer, is in Niger after escaping across the border from Libya when National Transitional Council (NTC) forces captured the capital Tripoli in August.
Interpol has issued a "red notice" requesting that member states arrest Saadi with a view to extradition if they find him on their territory.
He's lucky if he does not end up in a freezer (ON DISPLAY) in front of a grocery store.
