The Texas Pardon and Parole Board has been searching for 53-year-old Charles Edwin Klein, who failed to register as a sex offender aftering being released from prison on parole. Not only has Klein been convicted of sex offenses against children on more than one occasion, but he was recently added to Texas' Top Ten Most Wanted Sex Offenders list.
Dina Shacknai and Nina Romano (Sisters )were placed at the crime scene at the time of Rebecca Zahau's death.The Sheriff did not give either one a lie detector test, and after people or neighbors placed them at the scene the Sheriff still refused to look at them as suspects.
1. This would explain the light bruises on Rebecca's face ,eye's and mouth (possible fist fight) with females light damage (not from male ).
2. This would explain the (naked body ) the sister's are so MAD let's display (MISS HOT STUFF) naked to the world.
The Sheriff issue's a letter of warning to Zahau Attorney .
First Amendment attorney, Guylyn Cummins of San Diego, is not affiliated with the Coronado death investigation, but she was taken aback when News 8 showed her the Sheriff's letter.
"I personally have never seen anything like this," Cummins said. "I think it's the first time that I've ever seen a law enforcement or governmental agency do this."
"What the letter's trying to say is, if you release something and we don't like your viewpoint -- or the information that you rely on -- then we're putting you on notice that we may come back and release anything that we want; whether it's part of the lawful investigation or simply digging up dirt on the victim," said Cummins.

1. IF REBECCA'S FEET WERE TIED (SHE WOULD BOUNCE LIKE A RABBIT) DRAGGING THE ROPE AROUND HER NECK ALONG FOR THE RIDE . THIS WOULD CAUSE ALITTLE MANEUVERING PROBLEM OR SHIFTING IN THE FEET (CAUSING MORE PRINTS ON THE BALCONY.
2. REBECCA'S PRINTS SHOULD HAVE BEEN ALL OVER THE BALCONY IN ( BUNNY FASHION) BOUNCING!
3. (HOW DO I KNOW THIS ) BECAUSE THE POLICEMAN'S BOOT MARK LEFT A MARK IN THE DIRT SO REBECCA'S BUNNY HOP'S WOULD HAVE BEEN ALL OVER THE BALCONY!!!!!
4. THE OFFICER AT THE CRIME SCENE AND AUTOPSY SAID THERE WAS ONLY (TWO OF REBECCA'S PRINTS ON THE BALCONY ) AND ONE POLICE BOOT PRINT ( AND ALOT OF DIRT)!
5. WHERE DID THE DIRT COME FROM? WAS SOMEONE GOING TO THE SHED FOR KILLING SUPPLIES AND TRACK THAT IN? WAS THAT BLACK PAINT THEY USE TO PAINT THE HOUSE?
6. THAT MESSAGE WAS WROTE BY SOMEONE THAT WAS LEFT HANDED OR WAS IT RIGHT?
7 EDIT****** TOES PRINTS FROM THE RIGHT FOOT WERE FOUND BY THE RAILING (JUMP POINT) WHERE THE ROPE WENT DOWN.
8. ITS GOD DAMN IMPOSSIBLE TO DO A (BUNNY HOP) IN THE DIRT AND LEAVE ONLY TOES PRINTS FROM THE RIGHT FOOT (BUT NOT THE LEFT ) AND THRUST 90 POUNDS OVER THE RAIL!
San Diego Sheriff Refuses To meet with Rebecca Zahau's Attorney's!
San Diego sheriff's sergeant, Roy Frank, told reporters after Zahau's death in July, "There are documentations of incidents throughout the country where people have secured their feet and hands as well to commit suicide." They do it to make certain they can't escape if they change their minds, he said. (Those victims were all men, however, Bremner notes).
