TORNADOES do not DISCRIMINATE (This is the saddest article I have ever posted)
The death toll from dozens of tornadoes that ravaged parts of the Midwest and South last week has reached 39 with the death of Baby Angel, the toddler found next to the bodies of her family members in a field near their Indiana home.
She died Sunday from traumatic brain injury after her family removed her from life support.
Fifteen-month-old Angel Babcock was taken by helicopter to Kosair Children's Hospital in Louisville, Ky., Saturday and placed in critical condition. Angel died at 4:10 p.m. Sunday afternoon after her grandmother, Kathy Babcock, made the decision with other family members to take her off life support.
"I had my arm around her when she took her last breath," Babcock said in an exclusive interview with ABC News. "I sang to her itsy-bitsy spider."
Angel's mother, Moriah Babcock, 20, father Joseph Babcock, 21, and two siblings Jayden and Kendall were found dead in the same field as the toddler Friday afternoon. Angel's grandmother told ABC News that when she let her granddaughter go Sunday afternoon, she knew the baby girl was going in the arms of her father.

The political discord in the tribe has led to members losing benefits, jobs and committee positions connected to tribal businesses, she said.
"One of the saddest things happening to California Indians is happening here," Griffith said.
Griffith said she has been working with Laura Wass, a Fresno-based representative of the American Indian Movement, who has advocated a takeover of tribal buildings for the past month so the tribe can make a statement opposing disenrollment.
"Now, they have to be willing to stay as long as it takes," Wass said.
Reid said that "the main plan was to deal with the Department of the Interior and the , but they have not recognized the election results. This is a process that their direction is saying to go."
Reached Monday evening, Troy Burdick, the BIA's Central California Agency superintendent in Sacramento, said, "I'm sure there is something we can do to resolve this. We are going to try to do what we can. I don't want to say anything to make it any worse."
He had no further comment.

CALIFORNIA CHUKCHANSI INDIANS (FIGHT OVER MEMBERSHIP) CS GRENADES USED to GET THEM OUT OF TRAILER
5:33 a.m.: The standoff between factions at the Picayune Rancheria of Chukchansi Indians escalated late Monday night when power and water was cut off to the occupied tribal office and the building was hit with pepper spray.
The actions, reported to Madera County law enforcement authorities about 10 p.m. were an apparent retaliation to the takeover of the office Monday morning, when members of a rival leadership group cut locks and entered the building.
Windows were shattered to air out the building from the pepper spray, said Erica Stuart of the Madera County Sheriff's Department, which is monitoring the situation. Two women reportedly suffered minor cuts from broken glass but didn't go to a hospital, she said.
A smoldering log from a burn pile outside the building was thrown into the building and was then thrown back outside, but Stuart said there was no resulting fire.
No arrests were made in connection with Monday night's events and the Sheriff's Department has no suspects, Stuart said.
