Sign the Petition: Judge who blames 14-year-old victim needs to go
Cherice Moralez was just 14 when her 49-year old teacher repeatedly raped her. Two years later, Cherice committed suicide--and according to her mother, the trauma of rape was a major factor in her death. But Billings, Montana Judge G. Todd Baugh sent her rapist to prison for just 30 days--saying the victim was “as much in control of the situation” as her rapist and that she was “older than her chronological age.” THIS is rape culture at its worst: when our courts can let a man who raped a child go free after just days in jail and then blame the child for her own rape.
Judge Baugh’s statement has made national news, and the outrage in Montana is growing. If tens of thousands of us from all over the country join with local protesters and speak out, we can make sure that authorities disrobe Judge Baugh so he can never let a rapist off the hook again. COCHISE COUNTY - Cochise County Sheriff's Office has released new photos of three people of interest in the assault of a National Park Service employee.
The 60-year-old National Park Service employee remains hospitalized after she was attacked while on the job.
She was found unconscious in the public restrooms near the Faraway Ranch Trailhead on the Chiricahua National Monument on August 28th.
The three men were seen in the area in the days leading up to the assault.

Hossein Ronaghi hospitalized because of critical health condition
HRANA News Agency – On last Wednesday Hossein Ronaghi who was in hunger strike has been hospitalized as his health condition became critical.
According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), around 1 O’clock on last Wednesday Hossein Ronaghi Maleki was transferred to Shahid Modarres hospital and hospitalized in the urgency.
Meanwhile his medical dossier has been sent to the forensics but they did not issue any medical furlough for Hossein yet.
Seyyed Ahmad Ronaghi Maleki the father of this political prisoner asks Mr. Jafari Dolatabadi the Tehran prosecutor to issue the medical furlough for his son to get proper medical treatments.
Also he said that he contacted to Jafari’s office many times but got no answer.
It is worth mentioning Hossein’s father worries about his son’s health and said “If they will not take care of Hossein’s condition he will die.”
