Russian Air Force commander has ruled to suspend flights of Su-24M bombers after a plane crash in in the Far-eastern Khabarovsk region, the Defence Ministry's press service said on Monday.
A Su-24M bomber crashed earlier on Monday during take-off for a training flight, killing both pilots.
"The flights have been suspended before the causes of the crash are established," the ministry said.
A MiG-29 fighter jet crashed in southern Russia last week but both pilots ejected.
