The paint marks on her clavicle, lower back, both breasts, and upper arm: She had paint in her grip area and at the tip of the index. If you stand up, and simulate where the marks were, there is 2 realistic conclusion that can be drawn out. 1. They are consistent with some one holding her up and lifting her into the noose. The noose at its final spot was around 7 feet off the ground. 2. They are also consistent with some one doing very girly poses. I stood up to simulate them and it is the most feminine poses I have ever done. Try each area by pressing your grip against the areas with paint. Then simulate with the finger tip. They are consistent with checking out her ****, hand on the hip to pop them girls out, and a head shot. The upper arm canonly be done with the finger tip. I need to see into that room.
1. When did Four blow's to the head submitted by a doctor who has done 30,000 autopsy's not be seen as evidence of a crime?
2.The second (doctor) found Foot Prints NOT belonging to Rebecca Zahau on the balcony (along with dirt)?
3. Rebecca had DNA under her finger nails ,along with three or four other types of DNA at the scene?
4.The reasonable person (historically reasonable man) is a legal fiction of the common law that represents an objective standard against which any individual's conduct can be measured. It is used to determine if a breach of the standard of care has occurred, provided a duty of care can be proven.
5. I am a reasonable person and believe a crime has been committed.
BREAKDOWN IN U.S. CONSTITUTIONAL LAW
1.The U.S Attorney is Guilty of Conspiracy (under the color of law) against the rights of the Zahau Family.
2. That would be a Civil rights complaint under title 42 1983,85 with regard to 14th amendment (due process).
HOW DO I KNOW THIS?
1. I have a SF 95 form in front of the Dept of Justice ( Or did you lose that to) in regards to a complaint against the U.S Attorney's Office in San Diego.
CONSPIRACY is a FUNNY THING (HERE'S some FACTS)
In order to establish a cause of action for civil conspiracy, the plaintiff must plead sufficient facts to support the following elements: 1) two or more persons; 2) an object to be accomplished; 3) a meeting of minds on the object or course of action; 4) one or more unlawful acts; and, 5) damages. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. v. Weber, 767 S.W.2d 336, 338 (Mo.App. 1989); Mackey v. Mackey, 914 S.W.2d 48, 50 (Mo.App. 1996). The term unlawful, as it relates to civil conspiracy, is not limited to conduct that is criminally liable.
COLOR OF STATE LAW
Civil rights complaints under 42 U. S. C. § 1983 require that the defendant acted under color of law. A plaintiff must prove that the defendants deprived him of a constitutional right under color of state law. In Adickes v. S.H. Kress & co. 398 U.S. 144, 150 (1970) it was held:
It should be remembered that under the substantive law of civil conspiracy, "circumstantial evidence may provide adequate proof of conspiracy"; a plaintiff need not present direct evidence of an explicit agreement between the conspirators to prove his case. Hoffman La-Roche, Inc. v. Greenberg, 447 F.2d 872, 875 (7th Cir. 1977).

Authorities are continuing to search for a missing Orlando mom who vanished last week following the airing of "The People's Court" episode she appeared on.
Michelle Parker disappeared Thursday afternoon, the same day a previously taped episode of the court show aired featuring her and her ex-fiancée, Dale Smith.
The couple appeared in court to settle over a $5,000 engagement ring.
Parker was last seen dropping off the couple's twins at Smith's home.
Her abandoned truck was found a day later.
Police gathered items from Smith's home and searched the nearby woods, but have not gone so far as to call him a suspect or a person of interest.
Parker's parents said they don't think that Smith is not involved in their daughter's disappearance, according to ABC News affiliate WFTV.
She had a case against her ex-fiancée that would be a good start in this investigation.
Jonah Shacknai used to tell his ex-wife Dina all the time "I can choke and kill you and get away with it" Since the death of his beloved girlfriend he has yet to say one "loving" thing about her. He has tried to send his lawyers after his girlfriend's family just because they wanted the truth. Now Jonah Shacknai is asking California Attorney General Harris to REVIEW and certify this was in fact a suicide. Jonah Shacknai is not asking the case be RE-OPENED, he is hiding something or someone. If Sheriff Gore really wanted new evidence I would say Jonah Shacknai's behavior is glaring. Only the killer of this woman would be acting like this. It has now been confirmed he was not at his son's side as we were once told. His brother texted him his girlfriend hung herself and Jonah didn't even call back. How much proof do you need? FBI please look at this case! http://www.change.org/petitions/california-attorney-general-open-an-independent-investigation-into-the-death-of-the-rebecca-zahau
1. ADAM SHACKNAI confesses to Sheriff Gore that he was WATCHING PORN (masterbating) at the same time Rebecca was (killing herself).
2. Sheriff Gore Tells Channel 8 NEWS in San Diego NO comment on ADAM SHACKNAI masterbating or failing a polygraph?
3. Rebecca Zahau WAS ON HER PERIOD and she had no TAMPON on when they found her body or anywhere around.
4. There WERE FOOT PRINTS on the BALCONY not Rebecca's (MAYBE the tooth fairy).
5. Rebecca (GETS a GOLD METAL FOR HER DIVE) touching the BALCONY with one TOE and a spin (WITH her hands tied behind her back ) and no DAMAGE to her neck.
6. Rebecca R.I .P (I say this only to fight for you, I believe that you are speaking through me and my blog and that for some reason beyond my understanding we are here together to bring the truth foward). I am sure there are a million stories (all good) that your family could share with us about you

KARACHI, Pakistan A suspected militant who blew himself up in southern Pakistan during a raid by security forces was carrying a U.S. and a Pakistani passport, authorities said Saturday.
According to a statement by Pakistan's paramilitary Rangers, the dead man has been identified as Saeed Abdul Salam. He detonated an explosive device Thursday when troops raided his apartment in the port city of Karachi.
Post-mortem tests on Salam's body confirmed the man died due to the explosion of a hand grenade, it said, adding "documents used for acts of terrorism were also recovered" from his possession.
The U.S. Embassy could not immediately confirm the development.
The Rangers' statement said Salam had divorced his wife a month ago and was living with four children, who were unharmed. According to Salam's passport, he had traveled to many countries, the statement said.
Rebecca Zahau suicide case will NOT be reopened after police brand Dr Phil autopsy as 'sensationalism'
(STATES SHERIFF GORE) The results of a second autopsy on Rebecca Zahau, who was found hanging naked from a balcony at her lover's mansion, have not convinced police to reopen the case. San Diego County Sheriff Bill Gore said the autopsy provided no new information. A pathologist hired by Ms Zahau's family told the Dr Phil show yesterday that he doubted she killed herself at her partner Jonah Shacknai's luxury home in San Diego.
Dr Wecht said he was particularly troubled by findings in both autopsies that Miss Zahau had suffered blows to the top of her head, indicated by four separate haemorrhages beneath the scalp. He said such an injury pointed to the possibility that she was knocked unconscious with a blunt object and could explain why police said there was no sign of a struggle at the scene. Dr Wecht said he was also puzzled as to why Miss Zahau's neck was not broken by the force of her fall from the balcony. He said the way in which Miss Zahau would have had to tie herself up was possible, but implausible

CALDWELL, Ohio (AP) — A judge issued a gag order Friday on behalf of a juvenile suspect in the killing of one man and the wounding of another who had responded to a phony job ad on Craigslist.
The boy's attorney sought to stop authorities and prosecutors from speaking about what the lawyer described as a "highly sensational" case. Noble County Sheriff Stephen Hannum said in an email Friday that he would release no information due to the gag order.
Cadaver dogs found the body of a Florida man this week in a grave in a remote area outside Caldwell, a small village about 80 miles east of Columbus, after a jobseeker from South Carolina was shot but ran away through the woods, the sheriff said.
Two men were taken into custody, but no names have been released. The Akron Beacon Journal identified the suspects as a 52-year-old man from Akron, about 90 miles away, and a 16-year-old student from Stow-Munroe Falls High School in the Akron area. The sheriff declined to confirm that in an earlier email on Friday, before the gag order was issued.

Ruser follows the thrilling story of Sam Kruse, a man who meets a female scientist named Coda (Madariaga) who is not who she seems. Coda has fallen into a web of deceit, drugs, and murder and is part of a radical Native splinter group that believes a virus could be used as a weapon as it was in the past. Kruse finds himself trying desperately to stay one step ahead of a killer who's targeting scientists developing a hybrid retrovirus aka Smallpox.

DAYTON, Ohio (AP) — An Ohio woman and three others have been charged in the death of her 14-year-old daughter, who had cerebral palsy and weighed 28 pounds when she died.
The Montgomery County coroner's office ruled that the girl died March 1 from nutritional and medical neglect complicated by her chronic condition. She died minutes after paramedics rushed her to a hospital.
A Dayton grand jury indicted the girl's mother, 42-year-old Angela Norman, on Thursday on charges of involuntary manslaughter and endangering children. The teen's former nurse faces charges including involuntary manslaughter. Two other women are charged with failing to report child abuse.
Prosecutor's spokesman Greg Flannagan says Norman was arrested Wednesday and is in jail. No attorney is listed for her.

Mortgage finance giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac received the biggest federal bailout of the financial crisis. And nearly $100 million of those tax dollars went to lucrative pay packages for top executives, filings show.
The top five executives at Fannie Mae received $33.3 million in 2009 and 2010, while the top five at Freddie Mac received $28.1 million. And each company has set pay targets of as much as $17 million for its top managers for 2011.
That's a total of $95.4 million, which will essentially be coming from taxpayers, who have been keeping the mortgage finance giants alive with regular quarterly cash infusions since the Federal Home Finance Agency (FHFA) took control of the companies in September 2008.
Fannie CEO Michael Williams and Freddie CEO Charles Halderman, each received about $5.5 million in pay for last year, and they could receive more when their final deferred compensation for 2010 is set. All the executives receive a significant portion of their pay in the year or years after they earn it.

The boy's death was a "tragic accident," he said.
Cops say Andre Neverson let a feud with his sister make him one of New York's most-wanted fugitives. Authorities have cast a wide net to track Neverson down, but the key to finally nabbing him may be footage shot on an ex-girlfriend's video camera.
