A taxi driver and a youth were tortured and executed and one of the bodies was left in a taxi behind a kindergarten in the colonial streets of Journalists .

The discovery was made by neighbors who traveled streets of that neighborhood and they found the victim inside the cab, executed , bound hand and foot and face taped .

The body was found in the cab marked with number 30-40 and license plates - FTB 44-40 , Palma Sola Site on the taxi were left a " narco " which read as follows:
" RATS OR NO LONGER WANT KIDNAPPERS ALREADY UNDERSTAND THE BACK BL - EYE "
