TUCSON - A man wanted in the murder of a man last November has been arrested, Tucson Police said.
Zachary Mazitis, 21, was cuffed downtown Thursday without incident, Tucson Police spokesman Sgt. Chris Widmer said.
Mazitis was wanted for the shooting death of 18-year-old Andrew Liska. Police say Mazitis shot Liska and woman on Nov. 16.
Mazitis was driving both victims around in a vehicle when he shot them in the back seat, dragged them out and drove off, Widmer said.
Liska eventually died from the injuries on Nov. 19.
Mazitis is formally charged one count of first degree murder and two counts of aggravated assault
