Iran - Another " Mother or activist arrested ", taken to Evin prison

NCRI- Clerical regime’s intelligence elements raided the home of journalist and human rights activist Ms. Narges Mohammadi on Tuesday, May 5, arresting and transferring her to Evin Prison. Ms. Mohammadi attempted to prevent entry of droves of mercenaries who were there to arrest her, but regime’s intelligence elements threatened her and forcibly took her with them.
Ms. Mohammadi was arrested albeit the fact that on May 3, she had been tried in the mullahs, “revolutionary court” headed by henchman Salavati on charges of “propaganda against the system, assembly and collaboration against the national security, and establishment and membership in a proscribed group”. However, this sham trial was deferred to a later session as her lawyers protested the legal procedure and the fact that they had not been allowed to study the case despite their repeated referrals to the “court”.

Since her charges were “allegations of a civil activist that should be investigated in public courts and not the revolutionary court” Ms. Narges Mohammadi had requested a public court to consider her allegations.
As a mother of two, Ms. Mohammadi was arrested in June 2010 and sentenced to six years in prison. Due to the tortures and the abhorring condition of regime’s prisons, she had nervous and developed muscle paralysis during her interrogation period. As her condition deteriorated, she was freed upon a verdict of “unable to tolerate the punishment” after putting up a heavy bail.
As news on Ms. Mohammadi’s arrest got out, a group of mothers and families of martyrs of the uprising gathered in front of Evin Prison to protest her arrest by Khamenei’s henchmen.
Ms. Sarvnaz Chitsaz, Chair of Women’s Committee of the National Council of Resistance of Iran, called on international human rights agencies and the organs advocating women’s rights to condemn the arbitrary arrests by the mullahs’ regime and to take effective measures to secure the release of Ms. Narges Mohammadi and other women political prisoners.

Iran: The collective hanging of 20 prisoners in just one day, a mass murder

Mass execution of 20 prisoners west of Tehran
The vicious and brutal clerical regime ruling Iran executed 20 prisoners on Sunday May 3rd in Karaj prison west of Tehran. Prisoners who were executed during this medieval punishment were from wards 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Karaj prison. In order to keep the news of this heinous crime from spreading amongst other prisoners causing a riot and unrest in other wards; the blood thirsty prison authorities had disconnected all links and communications between these wards.
The names of only two of these prisoners have so far been revealed. Ali Yazdi and Zaher Mollah-Zehi were both from Ward 3. There is no report of the identity of other 18 executed prisoners.

U.S. Destroyer Arrives in Poland amid Crisis with Russia

WARSAW – The USS Jason Dunham, a U.S. Navy guided missile destroyer, arrived in Poland on Wednesday as symbol of the United States’ commitment to NATO member Poland’s security, according to a statement from the U.S. embassy in Warsaw.

“The USS Jason Dunham is currently operating in the Baltic Sea, working with allies and regional partners to enhance joint operational abilities and promote peace and stability in the Baltic region,” the statement confirmed.

The destroyer will stay in the port city of Gdynia for a few days, its arrival coinciding with strained relations between the Kremlin and Western countries over Russia’s role in the Ukrainian crisis, and fears of a post-Soviet territorial expansion in the region.

The USS Jason Dunham is one of the U.S. Navy’s most sophisticated ships, equipped with SH-60 SeaHawk helicopters, SM-2 surface-to-air missiles and Tomahawk cruise missiles.

Argentine Judge Accused of Having Sex with Minors

BUENOS AIRES – An Argentine judge was detained for his alleged participation in a network promoting sex parties with minors, court sources told Efe on Tuesday.

Juan Bernardi, a criminal court judge in the southern city of Viedma, was detained Monday after the Magistrates Council in the Rio Negro province revoked his immunity from prosecution.

Last week a court ordered the prosecution of Bernardi and Julio Antueque, the caretaker at the judge’s country home.

Bernardi surrendered voluntarily to authorities after he lost his immunity.

Authorities are investigating a network, allegedly involving prominent citizens of Viedma, that recruited minors for sex parties.

The abuses were reported by the mother of a young woman living in a government shelter in Viedma.

The investigation, initiated about seven months ago, indicates that Antueque arranged for a 17-year-old girl to come to the judge’s country residence for prostitution, according to court documents.

If convicted, Bernardi could face up to 18 years in prison.

The Mother's of Iran

My story start's out like this.... I hear of a blogger killed in Iran in a prison just for blogging about life in his country. The blogger was "Sattar Beheshti ", beaten to death by prison guards.  The story start's getting crazy when I see this woman on " Youtube ", going on a rant about her son being killed in Iran. I soon find out it is Sattar Beheshti's mother ( in the video ).

Iranian blogger Sattar Beheshti with his mother

I freak out for the " first time ", thinking this woman is going to get killed by the Iranian Government .  I start tweeting the President of the U.S , the United Nations , and twitter.  I then start getting support from people from the middle east . I start reading stories from ( Hrana ) about inmates being killed , tortured , never being allowed to see their families while in prison . They disappear , some never go to court , most are human right's activist's or journalist's. Then one day I hear of the NCRI ( National Council of Resistance of Iran ) Maryam Rajavi and company. The stories of brother's and sister's killed by the Iranian regime or should I say murdered.
Mother's and family put in prison
It is normal to see family put in prison or killed for questioning  why their son , daughter, wife or husband is in prison . ( This could cost them their life)  I ask myself what kind of Government would treat people like this in such a barbaric way ?  In Iran today nothing has changed , people disappear, they are killed, and they have no human right's.

Yemen: Nobel Peace Prize winner, Tavakkol Karman warns Iran not to interfere in the internal affairs of Yemen

Nobel Peace Prize winner, Tavakkol Karman

The Yemeni Nobel Peace Prize winner, Tavakkol Karman responded to a question posed by one of the clerical regime elements during a TV talk show in Doha, Qatar who tried to pretend that the Iranian regime is part of the solution in the Yemeni crisis and said: this man claims that the Iranian regime is innocent. This claim is a lie. I don’t want to discuss other countries here, I only refer to Yemen. We called upon the Houthi militants to form in to a political party and join the democratic process in Yemen and adopt peaceful measures. We even progressed in establishing national dialogue. But the Houthi rebels colluded with the deposed Yemeni president Saleh and turned against those achievements and planned coup against our revolution. The malicious interference of the Iranian regime was also added to this picture. I am going to only cite the latest UN report that has accused the Iranian regime of meddling and supporting the Houthis since 2009 giving the weapons and trainings. The Iranian regime officials speak of occupying the fourth capital in the region. They call themselves the kings of the Red Sea. They have a plot to establish a Persian Empire with Baghdad as its capital. This is not something that only one or two or three people in Iran say, but is the official line of the Iranian regime government and the mullahs in Qom and the military officials.
I am going to say this simply that they have deceived the Ali Abdullah Saleh and the Houthi rebels and made you believe that you can rule a great country of Yemen.
As a Moslem woman, I advise you to end your destructive scheme in the region; otherwise you would see the result of your malevolence plots effect inside your own country.
