NCRI - A senior cleric in Iran has declared social websites like Facebook and twitter 'more dangerous than drugs' and asked parents to 'protect' their children.
Cleric Ali Rezai, the deputy representative of Ali Khamenei in Southern Khorasan Province said: "Today social websites such as Facebook and Twitter are more dangerous than drugs."
He said that these dangerous social websites influence the society and emphasized that: "These websites do not intend to interest our children, whereas they want to annihilate our society."
